Q: How long does the Zoom integration take to set up?

Adding the app takes a few minutes. Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace, search for the Sales Ask app and click Add App. Most SalesAsk customers are fully set up in under two hours.

Q: How does SalesAsk record a Zoom meeting?

Click Record meeting in the navigation bar, paste the meeting invitation URL into the Meeting URL field and click Request Join. The SalesAsk bot joins the meeting and records it once you allow it.

Q: Do I need a developer to connect Zoom?

No. It is an app you add from the Zoom App Marketplace, and you remove it the same way under Manage and Added Apps. No developer and no API setup. Support is available at support@salesask.com.
