Anti-Spam Policy
1. Purpose and scope
Sales Ask Inc. ("Sales Ask," "we," "us") publishes this Anti-Spam Policy to stateplainly that our website, salesask.com, and all of its subdomains must never beadvertised, promoted, or linked using unsolicited messages of any kind.
This Policy applies without exception to:
- Sales Ask employees, officers, and contractors;
- our business-development, sales, and marketing teams and any agency, vendor,or freelancer acting on our behalf;
- affiliates, resellers, channel partners, and referral partners; and
- any other third party sending messages that mention, link to, or promotesalesask.com.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited, and no business justification will be accepted forany of them:
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email, SMS, or direct messages thatadvertise, mention, or link to salesask.com or any of its subdomains.
- Including a link to salesask.com in the body, footer, or email signature ofany unsolicited message, including individually addressed prospecting email.
- Sending any message advertising salesask.com to an address obtained from apurchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or otherwise non-consented list.
- Sending any message advertising salesask.com to a recipient who hasunsubscribed, opted out, or asked not to be contacted.
- Falsifying or obscuring sender identity, return-path, header information, ororiginating domain in any message that mentions salesask.com.
- Using misleading subject lines, or omitting a functioning unsubscribemechanism and a valid physical postal address, in any commercial message.
- Engaging, paying, or permitting any third party to do any of the above on ourbehalf.
3. Permitted use of the salesask.com domain in email
Links to salesask.com may appear only in:
- messages to existing Sales Ask customers and their authorized users, inconnection with the service they have purchased;
- replies and correspondence with people who contacted us first, or whorequested information, a demo, or support;
- messages to recipients who have given express opt-in consent to receivemarketing communications from us, each of which must offer a workingunsubscribe mechanism; and
- transactional and service messages, such as authentication, billing, security,and account notices.
Outbound prospecting conducted by Sales Ask does not use the salesask.com domainas a link target. Prospecting is conducted from a separate, clearly identifiedsending domain, and remains subject to sections 2 and 4 of this Policy.
4. Enforcement
Sales Ask treats violation of this Policy as a serious matter.
- Employees and contractors who violate this Policy are subject to disciplinaryaction up to and including termination.
- Affiliates, partners, resellers, and vendors who violate this Policy will havetheir agreements suspended or terminated, and any referral or commissionentitlement forfeited.
- Customer accounts used to violate this Policy may be suspended or terminatedunder our Terms & Conditions.
We review our outbound sending practices, sequences, templates, and emailsignatures against this Policy on a recurring basis, and we maintain an internalsuppression list of addresses and domains that have asked not to be contacted.
5. Reporting abuse
If you received an unsolicited message advertising or linking to salesask.com,we want to know, and we will investigate.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days. We will suppress thereporting address from all future contact, identify the sender, and take theenforcement action described in section 4.
6. Compliance
Sales Ask requires all messages sent by or on behalf of the company to complywith applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-SpamLegislation (CASL), the UK PECR, and the EU GDPR and ePrivacy Directive, inaddition to the requirements of this Policy, whichever is stricter.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is alwayspublished at https://www.salesask.com/anti-spam-policy with the date it was lastupdated.
