FAQ

Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
What actually happens on the demo?

It's a walkthrough of the product, not a discovery call. We'll show you how SalesAsk captures what gets said in a real appointment, kitchen table or model home, scores it, and coaches the rep before the next one. You'll see the actual interface, not slides.

How long will it take?

About 30 minutes. We hold the full slot, but calls that turn out to be a clear fit, or a clear no, often finish sooner.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep required. It helps if you can tell us roughly how many reps you have selling in person and where your close rate sits today, so we can point the walkthrough at your numbers instead of generic ones.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns sales performance, usually the owner, VP of Sales or a sales manager. If you have someone who would run this day to day, bring them. You do not need IT on this one.

Why do I need to reply to the text?

It is how we know the slot is real. Unconfirmed slots get released, and we would rather give the time to someone who needs it than hold it empty. One word is enough.
