The answer to almost every question about your pipeline is already sitting in a conversation someone had.

It is everything SalesAsk works out from the appointments your reps already record: the objections that keep coming back, talk ratio, the moments a deal turned, and how all of that changes over time. Every figure traces back to a real transcript you can open and listen to.

FAQ

Conversation intelligence questions

What is conversation intelligence in SalesAsk?

It is everything SalesAsk works out from the appointments your reps already record: the objections that keep coming back, talk ratio, the moments a deal turned, and how all of that changes over time. Every figure traces back to a real transcript you can open and listen to.

Where does the data come from?

From the appointments your reps record on their own phone, tablet or watch. Nothing is typed in by hand and no survey is sent, so the analysis reflects what was actually said rather than what someone remembered afterwards.

How does SalesAsk find objections?

It reads every transcript and groups customer pushback into recurring themes such as price, timing, competitors and warranty. You see how often each one comes up and which reps get past it.

Can I ask my own questions?

Yes. Ask Coach Dean takes a question in plain language, answers it from the transcripts, and links back to the moments it used. You can save prompts so the whole team asks the same question the same way.

What is talk ratio and why does it matter?

Talk ratio is how much of the appointment the rep spoke compared with the customer. Measured across your team it separates the reps who ask questions from the reps who talk at the customer.
