Dave Yoho Associates events and what a home improvement owner gets from them
Dave Yoho Associates has produced live events for the home improvement industry for more than fifty years. The most recent summit ran 2 to 4 June 2026 at The Westin Chicago Lombard in Lombard, Illinois, promoted as RevX 2026 on the summit site and listed as the Peak Profit Summit 2026 on daveyoho.com, at 599 dollars for all three days. The organizer billed it as Dave Yoho's final program and last in person appearance. No date for a next edition has been announced.

Why this one matters more than its size suggests
Dave Yoho Associates is a consulting firm, not an event company, and the summit has always been an extension of the consulting rather than a trade show. The audience the organizer names is business owners, executives, managers and salespeople who sell inside the customer's home: home improvement, remodeling and home services. That is a narrow room by design, and it is the reason the sales content has historically been more specific than the general contractor circuit manages.
The 2026 program covered business growth, sales strategy, technology, profitability and leadership development across three days at The Westin Chicago Lombard, and closed with a celebration of Dave Yoho's career. At 599 dollars for the full three days it was one of the cheapest serious sales events in the trade, which matters when you want to send three people rather than one. Sending the whole sales team to a selling event is usually a better investment than sending one owner to a strategy event.
The honest caveat is the one the organizer published themselves. The 2026 summit was presented as Dave Yoho's final program and last in person appearance, and at the time of writing there is no announced date, city or ticket for a next edition. If you are planning a 2027 calendar, treat this one as unscheduled rather than annual, and check with the organizer directly before you build a trip around it.
What to do if you were counting on this event
If the Dave Yoho summit was the sales training line item in your year, the gap is worth filling deliberately rather than by accident. The closest substitute in tone is a selling led event rather than a product show: Accelerate LIVE covers home improvement selling and business growth with a named operator lineup, and it sells out early. For the coaching side of the same problem, this home improvement leader describes what changed for a company that stopped relying on annual training events to hold a sales process together.
Why training alone stops working by about March
Every owner who has sent a team to a good sales seminar knows the pattern. Three days of excellent material, a genuine lift for a fortnight, then a slow return to whatever each salesperson did before. Nothing about that is a discipline failure. It happens because after the event nobody can see what is actually being said at the customer's table, so nobody can tell which of the new steps survived and which quietly did not.
SalesAsk records the appointment from the rep's own phone and scores it against the steps you decided on, so a training investment either shows up in the field or it does not, and you find that out in days. Coach Dean writes the coaching the same day rather than at the next quarterly review, which is the difference between correcting a habit and inheriting one. For home remodeling and home improvement companies that is the part a seminar was never able to do on its own.

If you want to see what that looks like against your own process, book a demo and we will walk your own sales steps through the scorecard so you can do your due diligence and make an informed decision.
