Is FAST Remodeler Live worth it for a remodeling company
FAST Remodeler Live is the software and technology conference for remodelers and home improvement professionals, produced by Qualified Remodeler and its publisher SOLA Group. The 2026 edition, the event's fifth, ran 12 to 13 May 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville with 47 sponsoring companies and a keynote from Marcus Sheridan. Dates for the next edition have not been announced.

Why a technology only conference is a useful narrow purchase
Most remodeling events try to cover everything: sales, production, hiring, finance and marketing in three days. FAST does one thing. The organizer's own tagline is the only software conference for remodelers and home improvement pros who are FAST, focused on agile systems and technology, and the agenda holds to it: lead generation, online reputation management, sales conversion, design, estimating, project management, client communication and business analytics. That narrowness is the product.
The event runs two distinct tracks, one for design build and full service remodelers and one for home improvement and replacement professionals. Those are genuinely different businesses with different sales cycles, and running them separately is a better decision than most events make. The organizer describes the audience as owners and managers of residential remodeling and home improvement companies, which keeps the room at the level where software decisions actually get made.
The 2026 edition was the fifth annual running, had 47 sponsoring companies and a Marcus Sheridan keynote on marketing in the age of artificial intelligence. Its editorial pedigree is unusual for a contractor event: FAST Remodeler Live won a Jesse H. Neal Award, which is a business media award rather than an industry one. At the time of writing no date has been announced for the next edition, so if you are planning a calendar, check with Qualified Remodeler directly rather than assuming a May slot.
Who this suits, and what to bring
This suits a remodeling company with a real software decision to make and somebody senior enough to make it in the room. Bring your current stack written down, including what each tool costs and what you actually use it for, because the fastest value at a technology conference is discovering the two things you are paying for twice. If you want a broader remodeling industry event, the NARI annual conference covers the association side of the same industry. For what changed at a remodeler that measured its own sales conversations, Parliament Kitchens is a SalesAsk customer that lifted average project value by 37 percent.
The gap between your software stack and your sales results
Remodelers who take technology seriously usually end up with excellent visibility into everything except the thing that decides revenue. You can see the lead source, the appointment set, the estimate produced, the proposal opened and the job scheduled. Between the estimate and the proposal sits a conversation at a kitchen table that no system in your stack has ever recorded, and that conversation is where two designers with identical leads end up thirty points apart on close rate.
SalesAsk records the appointment from the rep's own phone and scores it against your own sales steps rather than a generic template. Coach Dean writes the coaching the same day, and the summary and next steps sync into the system you already run, so nobody retypes anything. For remodeling and home improvement companies that closes the last gap in an otherwise well instrumented business.

If you want to see how that fits your existing stack, book a demo and we will walk your own sales steps through the scorecard so you can do your due diligence and make an informed decision.
