Is ServiceTitan Pantheon worth it for a home services contractor
Pantheon 2026 runs 5 to 7 October 2026 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. It is ServiceTitan's own conference and the organizer says the 2026 edition takes over the entire Swan and Dolphin campus, with more than 125 industry speakers across two and a half days. Keynotes include Peyton Manning and Eli Manning alongside ServiceTitan's founders. Here is who gets their money back.

Why a software conference beats a trade show when you already run the software
Pantheon is a user conference. Everyone in the room runs ServiceTitan, so the conversations skip the twenty minutes where you explain your setup. The organizer runs pre conference trainings and integration workshops on the Monday, then two days of keynotes and breakout sessions, with an expo hall of partners and integrators. If your constraint is that you are running ten percent of what you pay for, three days in a room full of people who solved that is worth more than any amount of reading.
The scale is real. More than 125 industry speakers and concurrent programming across the whole resort campus means you can send a dispatcher, a service manager and an owner and have all three in useful rooms at once. Tickets sold out at 949, 1,049 and 1,199 dollars in earlier windows and the final window is listed at 1,349 dollars, with 50 to 100 dollars per ticket off for groups of five or more, so the group rate is worth structuring around.
The counterweight is that a user conference optimizes for the software. If your jobs are dispatched well, your pricebook is clean and your problem is that two comfort advisors with identical leads close at very different rates, Pantheon will not solve that, however good the sessions are. Go with a specific list of things you want configured differently by the time you land, and use the integration workshops on the Monday rather than treating them as an optional early arrival.
What to book before you go, and who to send
Send more than one person and split them across tracks. The Monday pre conference trainings and integration workshops are the highest value hours of the week for most companies and the easiest to skip by flying in late. If you are evaluating what connects to your system, our ServiceTitan integration page covers what syncs and what it changes about the sales record. On the coaching side, General Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a SalesAsk customer in exactly this trade and describes how they ran the rollout across a field team.
What your field service software cannot tell you
A field service platform records what happened to the job. It knows the call came in, the truck rolled, the options were presented and the invoice was raised. What it does not know is how the options were presented. Two comfort advisors can run the same job type on the same pricebook and land forty percent apart on average ticket, and nothing in the system explains why, because the part that decides it happened out loud in a homeowner's kitchen and was never recorded.
SalesAsk records the appointment from the rep's own phone and scores it against your own sales steps rather than a generic checklist. Coach Dean writes the coaching the same day, and the summary and next steps sync back into the system you already run, so nobody retypes anything. For HVAC and plumbing companies that is the missing half of the record your software has always been keeping.

If you are going to Orlando in October, book a demo and we will fit it around the conference, then walk your own sales steps through the scorecard so you can do your due diligence and make an informed decision.
