Home services/Roofing
The roof gets sold at the kitchen table. Hear every one.
SalesAsk records every inspection and presentation, scores it against your process, and coaches the estimator before the proposal goes out.

The deductible never came up.
1,000+ sales teams rely on SalesAsk.

Your best estimator closes 35 pointsmore often than your newest one.
Your estimator says they handled the insurance question and mentioned financing. Today none of that is checkable. SalesAsk scores every visit, so you can hear what your best closers do at the table and coach everyone else to it.
Sound familiar?
The deal slipped. Was it the price, the financing or the spouse?
What roofing owners and sales managers told us before every visit was recorded, and what changed after.
“We pay for every lead, and I can’t tell why half of them never sign.”Every conversation is scored from the first contact, so you see where reps fail to qualify.
“My best closer and my newest rep say completely different things at the table.”Your top closer's talk track becomes the scorecard every estimator is coached on.
“The spouse never said a word during the presentation.”Every visit where the second decision maker stayed quiet gets flagged, with the moment ready to replay.
The rep taps record on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Coach Dean gets the full conversation, not a manager’s memory of it.

The rep taps record before the inspection and SalesAsk hears the whole visit, from the driveway to the roof findings to the sit-down. Coach Dean scores it against your own steps: were the damage findings explained clearly, was the claims process walked through, was the deductible handled, was the decision maker in the room. Managers see where each rep goes off process without climbing a ladder.
SalesAsk integrates with ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and Builder Prime. Summaries, action items and next steps from each recorded visit sync to the job record, so nothing depends on what the rep remembers to type after the appointment.
Some hesitation at the start is normal. Top closers usually come around first, once their best inspections and presentations become the training material for the rest of the team. Newer reps tend to like it most, because they learn how the experienced reps handle the inspection walk and the price instead of guessing. It is coaching, not surveillance.
In most places it is legal to record customer conversations for training and quality control, whether the rep is on the driveway, up on the roof or at the kitchen table. A few locations have two-party consent laws that require you to tell the homeowner before recording starts. Our guidelines list those locations.
Most teams are set up in under two hours. Reps record on the iPhone or Apple Watch they already carry, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install in the truck. Wind and street noise on the driveway are filtered out.
