JobTread Connect 2027 dates, cost and who should actually attend
JobTread Connect 2027 runs 13 to 15 January 2027 at The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel in Dallas, Texas. It is JobTread's own user conference, and the organizer advertises more than 1,200 contractors and over 75 education sessions across the three days. A ticket is listed at 849 dollars with all meals included. Here is who gets their money back and who does not.

Why a software user conference is worth it if you already run JobTread
JobTread Connect is a user conference, not an industry trade show, and that distinction decides whether it is worth the flight. Everybody in the room runs the same software, so the conversations skip the part where you explain your setup. The organizer describes it as an exclusive three day event for JobTread users to learn, share and grow, and lists more than 75 education sessions covering job costing, sales, scheduling, accounting and marketing across multiple tracks and experience levels.
The audience is deliberately broad within a construction business: the organizer welcomes JobTread Pros, new users, business owners, project managers, estimators, field team members, office administrators and accountants. That is a strong argument for sending two or three people rather than one, because the tracks are built so that an estimator and a bookkeeper get different days out of the same ticket. If you are a solo operator who adopted JobTread last month, the same breadth can feel thin.
On value, 849 dollars per person with all meals, drinks and refreshments included is honest pricing for three days, and Dallas in January is cheaper to fly into and sleep in than Las Vegas in February. The real question is whether your constraint is actually the software. If your jobs are costed properly and your problem is that sales appointments are inconsistent, a user conference will not fix that, however good the sessions are.
Three days in Dallas, and what to send people to
The schedule runs across three days with an at a glance agenda, a speaker list, an Automation Lab and an awards evening, all published on the organizer's site ahead of the show. Registration opened on 1 May 2026 and refunds close on 13 November 2026, so the decision is effectively made two months before you travel. Practical advice: send the person who owns your job costing and the person who owns your sales process, and make them sit in different tracks. If you are choosing between this and a broader construction show, the International Builders' Show three weeks later is a completely different scale, and Accelerate LIVE in February is the one to look at if your gap is selling rather than building.
What we do once the job costing is already sorted
Contractors who run JobTread properly usually know their numbers. They know gross margin by job type and they know which crews run over. What they almost never have is any picture of the sales appointment itself: the estimate presentation, the objections, the follow up that did or did not happen. That part lives entirely in the salesperson's head and a one line note, which is why two estimators with identical job costing can convert at very different rates.
SalesAsk records the appointment from the rep's own phone and scores it against your own sales steps. Coach Dean writes the coaching the same day, and the summary and next steps sync into the system you already run, so nobody retypes anything. For remodeling and home improvement companies that turns the estimate presentation into something you can actually manage rather than hope about.

If you are going to Dallas in January, book a demo and we will fit it around the conference, then walk your own sales steps through the scorecard so you can do your due diligence and make an informed decision.
