Home services/HVAC
Most HVAC visits never get to financing. Now you'll know which ones.
SalesAsk records every replacement and service visit, scores it against the process you already teach, and coaches the tech before the proposal goes out.

The total came before the monthly option.
1,000+ sales teams rely on SalesAsk.

Your best tech closes 35 pointsmore often than your newest one.
A ten minute conversation at the unit decides whether the ticket is a $400 repair or a $14,000 system. SalesAsk scores every visit, so you can hear what your best comfort advisors say there and coach everyone else to it.
Sound familiar?
The ticket was decided at the unit. Nobody heard it.
What HVAC owners and service managers told us before every visit was recorded, and what changed after.
“The maintenance plan never got offered. I found out from the invoice.”Every visit is checked for the maintenance plan and IAQ options, so you see who skips them.
“I ride along one day a month. My techs run a hundred visits a week.”Every visit is scored, so the review takes five minutes and starts at the moment that mattered.
“Half our replacement visits end with ‘I have to talk to my wife.’”Every visit where financing never came up is flagged, with the moment ready to replay.
The rep taps record on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Coach Dean gets the full conversation, not a manager’s memory of it.

Same app, same tap to record, a different scorecard for each. On a replacement visit, Coach Dean checks whether the comfort advisor walked the home, presented good, better and best options, offered financing and asked for the decision. On a service visit, it checks whether the tech explained the diagnosis in plain language, gave repair and replace options, and mentioned the maintenance plan and IAQ add-ons.
Yes, along with Jobber and Housecall Pro. Summaries, action items and next steps from every recorded visit sync to the job record, so nothing depends on what the tech remembers to type in the truck.
Some hesitation at the start is normal. Top performers usually come around first, once their best replacement presentations become the training material for everyone else. Newer techs tend to like it most, because they hear how experienced people explain a diagnosis instead of guessing. It is coaching, not surveillance, and most teams see it that way within a few weeks.
In most places it is legal to record customer conversations for training and quality control, whether the tech is in the basement, at the attic hatch or at the kitchen table. A few locations have two-party consent laws that require you to tell the homeowner before recording starts. Our guidelines list those locations.
Most teams are set up in under two hours. Techs record on the iPhone or Apple Watch they already carry, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install in the truck. Attics, crawl spaces and loud mechanical rooms are captured clearly too.
