A $400 repair or a $5,000 install. Hear the ten minutes that decide it.
SalesAsk records every service visit, scores the repair or replace conversation against your process, and coaches the tech before the next door.

Only the repair was quoted.

Your best tech closes 35 pointsmore often than your newest one.
Every tech knows the equipment. What your best plumbers do differently is present the replacement without sounding pushy, and bring up water treatment when they see the cue. SalesAsk scores every visit so you can hear exactly how they do it.
Sound familiar?
The CRM shows what was sold. Not what was never said.
What plumbing owners and service managers told us before every visit was recorded, and what changed after.
“My tech fixed the leak and left. The water heater was fifteen years old.”Every visit is checked for repair and replace options, so you see who only quotes the fix.
“I have one service manager and twenty trucks on the road.”Every visit is scored, so the review takes five minutes and starts at the moment that mattered.
“Nobody has mentioned water treatment in months.”Every visit where water treatment or the maintenance plan was skipped gets flagged, with the moment ready to replay.
The rep taps record on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Coach Dean gets the full conversation, not a manager’s memory of it.

Plumbing questions
The tech taps record at the door and SalesAsk hears the diagnosis, the options and the close. Coach Dean scores the visit against your own steps: was the problem explained in plain language, were repair and replace both presented, was financing offered, did the maintenance plan come up. Managers see where each tech goes off process without riding along.
Yes, along with Jobber and Housecall Pro. Summaries, action items and next steps from every recorded visit sync to the job record, so nothing depends on what the tech remembers to type in the truck.
Some hesitation at the start is normal. Your top techs usually come around first, once their best visits become the training material for the rest of the team. Newer techs tend to like it most, because they hear how experienced plumbers explain a diagnosis and present options instead of guessing. It is coaching, not surveillance.
In most places it is legal to record customer conversations for training and quality control, whether the tech is in the basement, under the sink or at the kitchen table. A few locations have two-party consent laws that require you to tell the homeowner before recording starts. Our guidelines list those locations.
Most teams are set up in under two hours. Techs record on the iPhone or Apple Watch they already carry, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install in the truck. Basements and crawl spaces are captured clearly too.
