The breaker gets fixed. The panel upgrade never comes up.
SalesAsk records every electrical service and upgrade visit, scores it against your process, and coaches the tech before the next job.

The 60-amp panel was never mentioned.
1,000+ sales teams rely on SalesAsk.

Your best tech closes 35 pointsmore often than your newest one.
A visit for a tripping breaker can end as a $300 fix, or as a panel upgrade with surge protection and a generator quote. SalesAsk scores every visit, so you can hear how your best electricians open that conversation and coach everyone else to it.

What electrical contractors told us before every visit was recorded, and what changed after.
“My techs fix the problem and leave. Nobody mentions the panel.”Every visit is checked for the panel, surge and safety conversation, so you see who skips it.
“I have one service manager and a dozen vans out every day.”Every visit is scored, so the review takes five minutes and starts at the moment that mattered.
“Generator and EV charger jobs walk out the door because nobody asks.”Every visit where upgrade options never came up is flagged, with the moment ready to replay.
The rep taps record on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Coach Dean gets the full conversation, not a manager’s memory of it.

Electrical questions
Same app, same tap to record, a different scorecard for each. On a service visit, Coach Dean checks whether the tech explained the problem in plain language, gave repair and upgrade options and mentioned the maintenance plan. On a panel, generator or EV charger visit, it checks whether the load and safety questions were covered, financing was offered and the decision was asked for.
Yes, along with Jobber and Housecall Pro. Summaries, action items and next steps from every recorded visit sync to the job record, so nothing depends on what the tech remembers to type in the van.
Some hesitation at the start is normal. Your best techs usually come around first, once their visits become the training material for the rest of the team. Newer techs tend to like it most, because they hear how experienced electricians explain a safety issue and present options instead of guessing. It is coaching, not surveillance.
In most places it is legal to record customer conversations for training and quality control, whether the tech is at the panel, in the garage or at the kitchen table. A few locations have two-party consent laws that require you to tell the homeowner before recording starts. Our guidelines list those locations.
Most teams are set up in under two hours. Techs record on the iPhone or Apple Watch they already carry, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install in the van. Basements, crawl spaces and utility rooms are captured clearly too.
